Points to Note
Registration Policy
1) In order to be included in the Conference Programme, an accepted presentation must have at least one registered author. Presentations will be automatically excluded from the Conference Programme if registration is not received by 31 October, 2025.
2) A single registration permits only one person to attend the conference.
3) Presenter registration only covers one presentation.

All delegates and speakers are responsible for arranging appropriate insurance coverage in connection with their attendance at the conference.
The INCOSEF Organizing Committee accepts no liability whatsoever for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or any other incident that may be caused by the negligence, defect, or default of any company or individual in performing these services.
The INCOSEF Organizing Committee is not responsible for any loss, injury, damage, or expense of any kind resulting from illness, weather, strikes, hostilities, wars, terrorist acts, natural disasters, local laws, or other such causes.

Admittance
Right to Refuse Admittance: At its sole discretion and without refund, the INCOSEF Organizing Committee reserves the right to refuse admittance to, or expel from the conference, any individual whose behavior is deemed disruptive to the event or to other attendees.
Age Limitation: Attendees must be at least 18 years old to attend an INCOSEF Organizing Committee conference, and at least 14 years old to participate in related events, including the Welcome Reception, tours, and the Conference Dinner. Requests for exceptions to this policy must be submitted in writing to the Conference Management.
Multi-authored Submissions
If an accepted submission is multi-authored and more than one author wishes to participate in the conference, each participant needs to register and pay the registration fee separately.
Photography, Audio and Video Recording
Throughout the duration of the conference, attendees may have their image, voice, and/or actions captured through photography, video, and/or audio recordings.
By attending the conference, attendees agree to irrevocably grant the INCOSEF Organizing Committee, along with its assigns, licensees, and successors, the right to photograph, video, publish, record, broadcast, exhibit, digitize, display, copyright, license, transfer, reproduce, translate, modify, edit, or otherwise use, in whole or in part, their image, likeness, name, voice, and actions as captured in any such materials. This right applies perpetually and globally, across all forms of media now known or developed in the future.
