Publication Details: Accepted papers will be published in PDF format in the INCOSEF 2025 Research Archive, assigned both an ISSN and a DOI, and made available under an Open Access policy.

FULL PAPER SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
Authors whose abstracts have been accepted for presentation at INCOSEF 2025 (whether in person or virtually) are invited to submit a full-length paper for possible inclusion in the Conference Proceedings.
All submitted papers will be subject to a single-blinded peer review process.
PUBLICATION AND ACCESS
Accepted papers will be published in PDF format in the INCOSEF 2025 Research Archive.
Each paper will be assigned an ISSN and a DOI, ensuring permanent accessibility and proper indexing for academic citation.
The Proceedings will be published under an Open Access policy, serving as a long-term scholarly resource.
Please note that papers published in the Proceedings cannot be resubmitted to journals affiliated with INCOSEF.
SUBMISSION FOR PUBLICATION AFTER THE CONFERENCE PRESENTATIONS
Final manuscripts intended for publication in the INCOSEF 2025 Proceedings must be uploaded through the official online submission portal no later than 14 January 2026.
This deadline refers specifically to the submission of full papers after the conference presentations, not to the initial abstract or conference submission process.
Late submissions will not be considered. Authors are fully responsible for ensuring that their manuscripts are accurate, well-written, and formatted in accordance with the official submission requirements.
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Email submissions will not be accepted.
Manuscripts for publication after the conference presentations must be submitted in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx). Submissions in PDF format will be automatically rejected.
Papers must be written in clear and coherent English. Authors whose first language is not English are strongly encouraged to have their manuscripts reviewed by a fluent speaker or professional editor before submission.
Only manuscripts that meet these requirements and successfully pass the double-blinded peer review process will be published in the INCOSEF 2025 Proceedings.
